Dreams - Cwmbran

I was approached and asked if i needed any help.Lyne then asked in detail what i wanted in a mattress,i explained i had a bad back,she proceeded to show me many different mattresses while explaining in detail their benefits.lyne asked what pillow i slept on at home then provided me with one to try out the beds.I had a budget and when the one i liked was found to be over budget she checked the ex display ones and found one in there which i then purchased.

Jan's knowledge was excellent. She listened to what we were looking for, asked great questions to help us clarify our thinking and her recommendation was the most comfortable we tried on the day. Obviously, we don't yet know whether the bed is good value for us as it is not being delivered until today. However, just on Jan's excellent customer service skills, we would certainly come back to dreams again.

I was highly sattisfied because of the amount of products in store and choice.

The staff were excellent, friendly very knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasure to shop in the store.

Myself and my partner shopped at the Cwmbran branch and were met by Conor. He not only explained clearly what products were on offer, but was clear on products and where to find them in store. I can safely say that due to Conor's professionalism and swiftness in dealing with us, he was the main contributing factor of our purchase with you. Its nice to see that someone still comes to work and acts professional with (most importantly) manners.

The sales assistant (Sandra) was very knowledgeable but not pushy. She made us feel comfortable and was able to answer any questions.
