Excellent service. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and most importantly felt no pressure for a sale. Will recommend friends to go there and will return when we need another product. However, one small criticism. I am disabled. I can claim VAT back on products like specif beds. I.e Memory foam mattresses. I was not informed about this. Could it be down to training/information? I spent £3,770 and believe I am entitled to VAT discount as a disabled blue badge holder and registered disabled with a serious spinal injury. Could get in touch with me and advise how I could claim this VAT back please. Other than this, the salesman was a lovely guy and the whole shopping experience was very positive.

The knowledge of staff and are needs for what we we're looking for was far better than anywhere else like Benson beds and the store was really tidy and clean

Sandra was extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable, she listened to our requirements and needs and matched appropriately priced products. She went out of her way to help, and when i returned to the store to try out a few mattresses she was again very helpful. I am so very pleased with this experience and cannot wait for my new bed to be delivered.
