The sales assistant was knowledgeable and empathy towards our situation very good.

Lynne was very patient and understanding to our needs and did not try and sell us high priced items that we did not want, we had a cup of coffee while we made up our minds the whole experience was relaxed great customer service well done cwmbran team every one was polite .

The staff were extremely helpful and easy to talk to. They made me feel at ease and welcome as well as offering tea and coffee while I browsed which I was very impressed with.
