Dreams - Cwmbran

After asking us if we were looking for anything in particular, Sandra was able to show us just the type of ottoman style divans and headboards we were looking for. As we have a toddler who gets bored quickly, it helps if we don't waste time on things unlikely to meet our needs and focus on choosing between those which do. As a family, we're always looking for a little discount and Sandra was able to give us one, and guarantee we wouldn't be able to buy cheaper elsewhere, which encouraged us to buy then and there.

The patience and pleasant manner of Lynne James (LJ26) was a major factor

I didn't appreciate how difficult buying a bed was until myself and my partner decided it was time for an upgrade. Various types of mattress, firmness ratings and even the difference a pillow can make to a good nights sleep...quite bewildering until we entered the Dreams store in Cwmbran. Sandra approached us offering assistance and a cup of tea to ease the worries, she gave us relevant information but was careful to ensure we also had time alone to discuss our options. How refreshing to have somebody not only interested in making a sale but with a genuine interest in our needs. We visited 2 other furniture shops within a 10 mile radius and returned to purchase from Sandra at Dreams without hesitation. Excellent customer service, friendly faces and ultimately the bed of our dreams for a reasonable price arriving very soon!

Very quick and good service which wasn't intrusive or over the top, I can't bear being pestered and I wasn't! Helpful info as needed and nearby when I was ready to ask questions etc.

We found everything we wanted and Sandra the store manager was very pleasant, knowledgable and easy to deal with.

Assistant friendly, courteous and informed me that I could get a reduction if I had a blue badge. Coffee was offered and no stress was placed on me to buy that day. However I did place the order and left dissatisfied.

Really pleased with the price of the products I bought and the lady (Sandra) who served me was fantastic! Lovely lady, not only towards me but also lovely to my mum and twin girls supplying them with coffee and biscuits. She encouraged us to lie on the different mattresses and gave us a pillow so it was the up most comfort level. She also explained everything to me offering me the insurance options and letting me know of the offers and discounts I was entitled too. I will definitely shop in Cwmbran Dreams again and recommend them to anyone I know looking for beds or bedroom furniture.

found the sales assistant very helpful, when placing my order was asked if I'd like a tea or coffee, was given a date for delivery which suited me, but would have like a am or pm delivery.
