The young man that served us was very professional whilst being friendly and helpful. He explained in detail at point of sale the sales contract, but at no time did we feel bored. Highly recommend this store Cwmbran newport gwent

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and took time to talk me through the various options of both matress and bed. I felt at ease and was left with the impression he had my interests in mind. The stores was in cwmbran, and Connor was the sales assistant.

Very impressed with the professional manner we were treated. Conner was extremely helpful and caring and very knowledgeable. He treated me and my teenage daughter with respect but also made our experience fun and efficient. Various finance terms were clearly explained. I didnt really know what sort of mattress I needed for my dubious back,, but the help I got was very good, must have tried all the beds in store!!! but the assistant was so patient a knowledgeable, and very patient.

Very very very good I loved it there it's amazing I like the way you get to try the beds out but you know you do that well when someone try's it listen and write the scores down for others

I was satisfied with Lynne who worked at Dreams. She approached us immediately as soon as we entered the store. She was polite and very cheerful and she has a excellent knowledge and understand of the products we were looking for. The order was a double bed and we took out an insurance out on the bed and we had a look at another single bed and enquired about the product and the price which we are looking into. The staff were very pleasant and very approachable. We are hoping to visit the store in the near future.

Our first visit was towards the end of the day. Lynne was very helpful, and offered to stay on after her finish time to assist us. Although we didn't need her to stay, we then spoke to Conor who was very helpful and helped us make our choice. We returned today, Saturday 25th, and he spent some further time with us making sure that we were happy with the items chosen. His knowledge of the products and appreciation of our requirements was excellent. He was very helpful, and both I and my wife found the whole experience to be very easy from start to finish - thanks entirely to Conor and his relaxed manner. Thanks very much!
