From the moment I walked in the shop.Lynn help.me chose my bed .and helped with all.my needs. Understood what I want from my bed and told me about the 40 day exchange if I wasn't happy with it. It's hard sometimes to know what a bed is like until you have slept in it.

We were greeted not long after we entered the store we said we would like to look around for a while on our own. We were left alone but the assistant was on hand to answer any query. When ready to purchase our mattress everything was explained

The sales assistant Sandra was very knowledgeable about the products available and took the time to explain these and also when we had extra questions regarding tv model etc she took the time to contact the relevant department and find out the answers for us.

We were extremely well attended to by the in store Sales representative, Conor. Conor was knowledgeable, patient and even stayed well past his working hours to make sure we got the information and products that we needed.
