I found the staff lovely and helpful explained the grades off beds even showed me the beds on sale and advised me the best value for the money. I wanted to spend as it was only for the spare room the I was really pleased with the price and the quality and Lynne also gave me 4 pillow to go with my new bed I was so delighted. the store I shopped in was Cwmbran South Wales and was helped by Lynne, Thank you Lynne your a star

My visit was a great one, very friendly staff, helpful, gave you time to look without hassling you, gave all the information we needed to make our minds up, quick and easy order process, with a delivery date to suit, I would without a doubt recommend dreams in Cwmbran

We were assisted by Sandra the store manager of Cwmbran Dreams. She gave us by far the best assistance we have experienced in a very long while. My mum is in a wheelchair, and we often find that people talk over her. But Sandra was very attentive, professional and knowledgeable in her approach. A very lovely lady.

I purchased a bed frame frame and the Cwmbran Store Manager served me , the ladies name was Sandra I have to say she was absolutely wonderful and a credit to your Company She welcomed us, explained everything and was extremely friendly and helpful A very very pleasant lady

Very happy with the look and quality of the bed, very comfortable mattress and the store manager sandra spent plenty of time helping me find the right one after telling her i suffer with a bad back. Very friendly and professional staff as well as giving us plenty of options with working within a budget. Very happy overall with the experience and would return in future when needing a new bed (Hopefully not to soon!)
