I was pleasantly pleased with the experience we received in store the assistant Conor was very helpful, knowledgeably but wasn't overly pushy which sometimes sales people can. I found the other lady's in the store very friendly, even offered me a piece off birthday cake with my cup of coffee. I felt totally at ease the whole time in the store and would highly recommend to all family and friends. I especially enjoyed the "Tempura" experience, it certainly helped in persuading myself and husband purchasing the bed. I'm just looking forward to my new bed being delivered and will certainly always visit Dreams now when purchasing a bed.

Friendly low pressure experience which i like. i don't like to be leaped upon when i enter a store and this didn't happen.

We had quite demanding requirement. Connor carefully worked through the options in order that we were presented with simple choices. What marked Connor out as a superb assistant was his understanding of when to give us space and time.

The efficiency of Sandra Phelps and the knowledge given to me was far better than any shop I had visited in my search for a new bed ,mattress ,and headboard .Sandra spent a long time showing me different beds , helping me and understanding my needs . Her assistant made my daughter and I a much needed cup of tea.I would not hesitate to recommended my family and friends to purchase a bed from Dreams.I had previously spent another day at this same shop and was treated equally as well ,the staff certainly go out of their way to make you feel welcome without intruding on you if you just need to browse , which in my opinion makes for easy shopping . but they are on hand immediately you need help .Thank you to Sandra and her colleague.
