Staff was very courteous and willing to help.

The knowledge of Jan the sales assistant and helpfulness was second to none.

We were buying a mattress for our daughter who was not keen to try out the mattresses. We were offered assistance and then left to ourselves to browse around the store. The fact that we did not feel we were being followed, pressured made shopping easier and was definately a factor in our purchasing thr mattress. We knew that Connor was there whrn we were ready.

The assistance I received from staff within the Cwmbran store was excellent. I was given information about relevant products as well as providing me with suitable options. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff were comendable.

Sandra the Sales assistant was very clear and considerate with regards to selling us our new bed. No pressure we went away and thought about it and returned to purchase, we were told all about credit terms and all the little extras that come with a new purchase. Fab service!!

Great service

We went to buy a bed. As soon as we arrived we were approached and asked what we wanted. We were given personal space to browse. We were shown different options. We were also offered tea/coffee. There was no feeling of being rushed. The man who served us was evidently knowledgeable about the products and gave information without being pushy and patronising. We were treated with courtesy. We were also happy that we would be able to have our old bed taken away when the new one was delivered.

Staff extremely helpful and good quality goods at a very reasonable price. This is my second order for furniture. Delivery service in the first order was poor. A top part of the wardrobe which is to be assembled by your company has been missing and we are still waiting for that part to be fitted.
