I looked on line at beds before visiting the shop.When I entered the shop I was greeted by Conor, I explained the type of bed I was looking for. He was extremely helpful and attentive and answered all my questions. I tried the majority of the different beds. settled on the Sealy Sotherby pocket spring.

Well the young man assisting me was so very helpful, he went into detail and made me feel so at ease especially with my back problems, I felt so at ease leaving your shop knowing and hoping I made the right purchase

We went in to buy a new mattress, and we came away with one, the sales assistant didnt push us, but we tried loads of mattresses. She was friendly, did her job, left us lone to choose thencame over to see how we were doing. sale went through fine and sorted. i bought my last matteress there, thats why i decided to go again...the staff are really nice and the mattress was great! Sanoca was the name of our sales assistant.

The assistant that served us called Sandra who was the manager listen and understood fully my needs and what I was looking for and her knowledge was outstanding her patient and customer awareness was second to none if you ran a employee of the month for the company Sandra would be top of the list before I went to the Cwmbran store I visited the cardiff store on Newport rd but was not impressed with the way they approached me Sandra is an asset to your company
