the sales assistance named Jan showed excellent product knowledge and was very patient and helpful towards us while we were making a difficult decision as to which mattress to purchase. she made the experience much more pleasant than it could have been. top marks!!

Friendly informative staff who were available when you wanted them to answer questions but also gave you time and space to discuss things between ourselves.

The sales consultant Jan, was very helpful indeed. Having had a bad experience at Dreams in Newport we were hesitant to go to Dreams again, but in the event very pleased we did.

Staff could not have been more helpful or courteous. It was a pleasure to be looked after by sales person Lynda James.

The store had a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. As I walked in one person - Christina - stood up and walked towards me and said 'Welcome to Dreams' What a lovely greeting. I explained what I was looking for and she showed me what was available. She asked me my budge:t I told her. And with a 50% discount for the Spring sale I could buy a very good product for the price I had budgeted. I decided which mattress to buy and she took me to a desk and asked me to sit on a very comfortable leather chair while she did the paperwork. As the normal free mattress covers were not available she gave me a lovely cotton quilted non-allergic cover which I would have bought anyway for no charge, also a big plastic bag to put the old mattress in for hygiene purposes to take the old mattress away in. Everything has now been confirmed by email. So I look forward to my new mattress being delivered on the date agreed and imagine that the muscle delivering the goods will be just as pleasant but perhaps not so pretty.

WE ALSO VISITED 3 OTHER BED SHOPS ON THAT DAY DREAMS TICKED ALL THE BOXES FOR US THAT AFTER BUYING OUR 1ST BED WE THEN WENT BACK AN HOUR LATER TO ORDER A 2ND MATTRESS FOR OUR DAUGHTER VERY VERY HAPPY :)

We served by a very polite lady called Lynn,she was ever so helpful and nothing was too much trouble,we were not rushed into buying,we were even treated to a cup of coffee while we were deciding,good all round service.

I went to Benson for Beds before attending Dreams Cwmbran and there was no comparison in the quality of service and the professionalism of your staff. I was very happy with Sandra, the assistance that helped me with my choice of mattresses, she was friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my third visit to Dreams Cwmbran to find out more information about our new bed. Each time we were welcomed by conor and each time felt he had the knowledge and customer service skills to make our choice (eventually). More importantly he did not at any time make us feel under pressure. Well done !
