we have previously shopped with Dreams and were very happy with the experience. This time was just as good and Conor (the assistant) was very helpful and friendly.

We went into store before Christmas to enquire about a specific bed and we were told the colour was not in store to look at. The customer service representative took our details and said she would phone when the bed came into store so we could have a look at it. She phoned us to say it was in store and we come over to look at it but it wasn't actually in the store. This was my only issue because the rest of the service I received was excellent.

Things to be perfect have to be above and beyond. I have given scores that reflect this. Getting scores this high from myself means my experience was very good.

Although the service provided was exemplary unfortunately the flow of customers was not controlled so navigating the store safely following covid procedures proved difficult.

saw upto 60% off signs but they did not apply.

i was directed immediately to the bed i had seen on line and then i was given the option to test which mattresses was best for me and my partner this i found very helpfull as i only had an hour before the shop closed and we were able to cover everything we needed with the assistant within this time frame she was very helpful and at no time did i feel rushed to make a decission

The price difference between some products seemed excessive compared to increase in features and was disappointed that with a £1200 mattress I had to pay extra to guarantee it for 8 years. At £1200 I’d expect it to be as standard like many other companies I’ve used before. Also the sleep guarantee is only 40 nights compared to 100 or 200 like other companies and this is exchange only. Hopefully we will not need to Use this service as we didn’t see another mattress that would meet our needs in store.
