I felt the payment process was excessive when I purchased an in-store product off the shelf. I spent nearly aslong providing my personal information to allow an email receipt as I did actually choosing the product.

Pricing signage not very well highlighted on the product. The assistant was very knowledgeable of the product but failed to point out the cost per mattress as we were trying out each one.

We felt slightly pressurised and needed some time on our own to discuss which was the best option for us.

overall we were very satisfied, just a few small issues, 1. the sanitiser station was appalling, it covered you and the floor, the PPE consisted of basically a paper towel to try out different beds, after two tries it was basically a screwed up piece of paper

Thought more choice as our budget was around £500 but spent over £700 in the end
