The service was great and no issues, the whole reason for this was the price at 1100> the bed seems great and maybe i am just of touch, but i through before the visit the price would have been lower

My wife and I visited the Cwmbran store where we was welcomed by Naomi. Her knowledge of the beds was very good, she was friendly, offered us both tea or coffee and got my daughter a glass of squash. 2 reasons Naomi got the sale. 1 Benson beds lied to me about the quality of your beds and 2 Naomi wasn't pushy, she gave us time to think about it, she wasn't constantly trying to sell to us. Highly satisfied would suggest perfection and nothing is perfect. We was very satisfied with the quality of service given by Naomi.

Staff were overall very friendly, however there were not very many people in store and we had to call someone over for assistance as they were talking at the desk to each other

Mattress type we were quoted were scattered all over the store and not in one area.

Overall very satisfied as you can see by this survey but prices for products were a tad high but this didn't affect purchase as we have used dreams several times before

We was sold a bed which makes more noise than our old bed. Simply moving a leg or arm the bed squeaks. We was concerned about purchasing a tempur mattress because we thought it would be very warm, but the "cool touch" is still very warm
