On The first visit, the two salespersons were occupied with other clients and no notice was taken of us as we walked around. No problems when we returned about 1/2 hour later.

Could not get the mattress I wanted even though I checked website and it said it was in store for collection, apparently there weren’t and they were not getting it anytime soon as the packaging was being changed !!!! Has to then pick a different product so we could take away same day

Could not make the order on the day, received a call towards the end of the following day having tried the store several times throughout the day with no answer

Tracy was very attentive and looked after all our needs.

Have still not received a delivery date

In an ideal world I would like to place the order ,pay for the item and have delivery within 7 days

We brought our disabled adult daughter to the store to choose her new bed and mattress. My daughter had mobility and balance issues. On entering we asked manager where the beds were, she told us they were upstairs. The flight of stairs in Cwmbran Dreams, is steep and long. We asked fir disabled lift was told you did not have one! Thats discrimination as disabled customers have no way of seeing and trying out beds. We had to take my daughter outside and leave her in our car while we had to go in snd purchade her a bed on her vehalf. The lady manager was very apologetic about it. BUT THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED, IN THIS DAY AND AGE. I would like to point out to you, if i may, that Benson for beds, Which is sited in HARVEYS furniture shop - which is few doors down from your store on this retail pard. Also has beds on the upper floor. But they have a Disabled lift which gives access to the Bensons Beds on the upper floor. Both these buildins are exsctly the same, but you do bot have Disabled Access to you bed dept on the top floor. My daughter is distressed about this, as she was looking forward to her shopping trip. I believe the price of the bed to be reasonable but still expensive

I was satisfied with my experience however i didnt get anything the sale

Nothing outstanding just good customer service, more than happy 😃
