Unable to order an item to go with bed

Both members of staff were dealing with customers and their orders when I arrived. I wanted a Tempur Pillow,I knew what I wanted ,so I found myself .member of staff finished with her original customer.I asked for help with an add on ,she was now with a new customer,,which I hadn’t realised .They kindly let member of staff put my sale through .As a retired retail manager,I do realise customers are like buses ,they all arrive together .member of staff dealt with it calmly and politely

Offers on Therapur inconsistent. £150 0ff 2000 Aci Gel but nothing off 3000 Aci Gel. Also think price for taking old items away is a bit excessive, £60 for base and mattress when Ive spent £1300 is difficult to accept.

I thought my order would have arrived sooner

There were not enough staff in to cope with demand of customers. I got interrupted by three other customers whilst with my member of staff as the only other person working there was brand new and didn't seem too confident with what she was doing.

My choice of colour base was not available for quick delivery, I needed a bed as soon as possible so had to choose a different colour

wanted the item a little sooner

The lady who took our order was fantastic. However, we did have to wait a while as only 2 on so chose products ourselves without assisstance. Sat on one bed to try as was shouted at across the floor with other shoppers present to not sit in the bed as it was sold. No sold sign on it. Found this very unproffessional any nearly walked out of the show room. This incident was with the other lady and not the lady to tended to us. If the other lady came to us we'd have not bothered. Tracey was lovely though and more than made up for her colleague.

Felt some of the items were quite expensive. Sales assistance making me offers and trying to convince me that I was getting a bargain
