Highly satisfied. That's an extreme statement. What's wrong with satisfied?

Had to wait a while for an assistant.

The assistant was a really nice lad but the store was so hot, we had to outside for fresh air. Needs air conditioning to be honest unless just wasn't on.

The cost of the whole order was over 2500 and a little more than I expected. I would have also liked not to have had to put such a large deposit down.

Because I haven't had my item delivered yet so I don't know if I was given the right guidance and sold the right product for my needs.

Thought it was a long time between ordering and delivery

I entered the store looking for a mattress and I was able to buy one. The staff were friendly the store was clean and well laid out. I got the item I wanted. Overall the service was I expected.

Staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy.

I object to a sales lady sitting down eating a bag of chips in the middle of the showroom which you could smell when you entered.

The price for what is not much more than a basic headboard is far too high. I was bemused by the fact that I could not pick up the headboard when it was ready but had to wait in for it to be delivered. I was not offered the option of picking the headboard up from the Cardiff store until the manager stepped in.
