I felt that an earliest delivery time of 7 days is not really acceptable, and that when spending a considerable amount of monet i felt that a charge of £38 for disposal of the old mattress was disgusting.

The shopping experiance was alright but has of yet not recieved the mattress protector

There was a 10 year guarantee on the previous purchase. I was having to buy a mattress only 6 years in because of a bad back. If your are not going to even consider the guarantee then why take £50 quid off me on the last purchase? It seems a little dishonest to me. I've just spent £2000 on new bedding. I hope. for the sake of my (our) back(s) it lives up to billing.

THE STORE WAS VERY BUSY, WE HAD TO WIAT SOME TIME FOR ASSISTANCE, HOWEVER THIS GAVE US TIME TO CHECK THE PRODUCTS ON OFFER SO WAS NOT AN ISSUE FOR US

Being offered delivery in the morning or afternoon and then being told that there was a charge for this. Also the additional charge for taking away the old mattress was high

store assistant was a little pushy while trying to be helpful. I think a slightly softer approach offering information and not telling the customer that this model is eliminated from customers choice.

Order placed at start of December 2017 with delivery date of set for 21st December all seemed ok until day of delivery. phoned by warehouse stating items not in stock even though day before 2 hour delivery time slot text, new date rearranged for 29th December but again this time an email stating still no stock but when phoned helpdesk they said it was down to quality related issue. So again rebooked for 4th January delivery and yet again time slot given assurances given by chat advisor items were in stock but another phone call stating items not in warehouse can we arrange another date. At that point I cancelled order will not use dreams in future.

The signage was a bit confusing and it would be nice to have more guidance on the various matrasses which would be for greater choice.
