The staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave us as much time and space as we needed to talk about what we wanted to do and she wasn't pushy in any way. She offered us a coffee while we was placing the orderand that went down very well 😀

My expectations were met. If they had been surpassed then I would be highly satisfied. I didn't get the level of discount I expected but I was happy with what I had, could've been a bit more considering I spent over £2000!

Conor was friendly, helpful and knew his stuff. He was helpful about my disability. He was very knowledgeable about the products. I was really pleased as friendliness is something very few people are able to convey but means a great deal to me. Had he not been so friendly and kind, offering us drinks as the day was hot etc as well as being easy to talk to, I probably would have made my purchase elsewhere. Top marks to Conor.

My husband and I said we would buy a bed and headboard if we could have a further discount on the headboard. This was ignored until my husband pointed it out and another assistant became invloved. We were given complementary pillows and mattress protector but we hadn't asked for these. We eventually negotiated a small discount.

There is always room for improvements
