There was only one assistant in the store when we arrived and she was serving another customer, so we had to wait a short while before she could assist us. This was not her fault in any way. I can't comment on either the level of cleanliness in the store because we did not observe that to any great degree, so I can only say Satisfied. Nothing seemed amiss. As for the quality of the goods, only time can answer that question fully. On the surface, the goods we bought appeared to be of a very high quality. The assistant Sandra Phelps was impeccable in every way - highly professional, knowledgable, friendly and efficient when writing out the order.

We went in thinking about memory foam mattresses at £130 and were shown items up to £2500, too confusing.

Can buying a mattress be highly satisfying?

Was satisfied and happy with my visit. Staff were really helpful but we're really busy as the store was full. They were trying to keep everyone happy

The main reason is that the delivery date was over a month later. We were not in a hurry so it didn't matter for us but if we needed a quicker service we would have been disappointed and would probably have had to go elsewhere. The other comment I would have is that we visited the store twice on the same day. We found the mattress we wanted in the first visit then told the salesman we wanted to compare with the Simba mattress in John Lewis. It came close but not quite close enough so we returned to the Cwmbran store to complete our purchase. It would have been nice to have been shown a little gratitude e.g. throw in a couple of pillow protectors as we had spent over £1200. Also we had to change our choice at the last minute because it wasn't known until we tried to buy the first choice that you couldn't get the split medium soft option in the standard double size. Apart from this the salesman was extremely helpful and was the main reason we returned to Cwmbran to complete the purchase.

It was sale last day of sale and very busy

I think there could have been displays of the various divan bases on show and not just have been shown the colour/fabric on double beds (we were shopping for a single bed)
