Helpful staff and a quick order process

I believe the price to be expensive for what is a mattress for a bed

To be honest I'm very fussy and have had a specific bed and mattress in mind for some time. My only disappointment was that I could not find the exact bed (I had in mind) in the Dreams store, however an alternative was quickly found and I made a purchase. In store the service was very good, the store assistants knowledge (Conor) was exceptional, I didn't feel pressured into making the purchase, he listened to my requirements, was very patient and offered good advice. I also love a bargain and did not feel the need to shop around for a price match.

The assistance muddled us as customers and entered the wrong address for credit, resulting in credit being refused for my partner. Then after that it was changed anatomy name but things went through in my name and his name. Sorted in the end but had to be pointed out to the assistant. Also we were ages placing the order and we knew exactly what we wanted. Also originally the wrong small bedside units were ordered, but again it was sorted.

The TVs ad promoted the sale but there were only limited sale choices available. We felt it was a little misleading.

We were very satisfied with the service but unfortunately your delivery and take away charges were very high considering the local council will take away at a reasonable price and bearing in mind the cost of the products you sell 'extra sundry charges' should be more reasonable.

I called in some weeks ago and took details of the bed we liked. Called in to place the order and the guarantee cost was added, I didn't request it and asked for it to be taken off, but overall was very happy with the service I received.

It was not anything to do with the store. We could not decide which options to go for as we are moving furniture around and had to decide between a wooden frame or solid base. Lynne was very patient and helped us make a decision.

The store was quite quiet and so I did feel a little 'followed' also we bought a mattress from the store to get the offer, but in reality we preferred a mattress at anotger bed store

The staff are friendly but part of the products are quite expensive The headboard in particular although it's full size I could get one cheaper in a neighbouring store with a wider range of material and colour choices.
