I got the bed on finance, but the lady asked me if I wanted cover, I did but changed my mind after finding out it was £45. The lady promised to give me a discount of £20, but when I checked my receipt later at home I realised I didn't get the discount after all. And the delivery charges are high. We should be charged at local rates. Three miles from your store and the amount I paid hhhmm a bit high.

I was satisfied. I appreciate you cannot hold much stock in store but when you have an offer on it would have been nice to have had an example of the single bed that I had ordered.

I explained my needs for the bed, 1 bed type I really like. Amd asked about under bed storage. My attention was taken to a different bed type which I liked and was happy with and then placed the order. It took a long time for the order to process due to the credit check. A ridulous length of time. After I came away, I was still humming about the bed. I checked online to view the bed I ordered and noticed a bed very close to what I wanted with underbed storage. I had to call in and change the order. This just showed to me that the lady didn't have a lit of product knowledge with regards to the different beds in the shop.

"Highly satisfied" is for an experience with a "wow factor". This one was very good, but not "wow".

I went looking for the product that I purchased.I am satisfied with the service that I was given but did not agree with having to give my personal details with regard to my pension. I am a home owner and thought that would surface. I can understand the reason why I was asked but I did not see the need to go into personal amount I receive.
