On completing the order I remarked to the sales assistant that I thought delivery of the mattress to the door was free of charge. The assistant said no, it was £19.99. I accepted this and paid. Upon returning home I thought I would recheck on the internet as I had browsed your website earlier. I then found that the FOC delivery applied to website orders. I think the assistant (Jan), who was very knowledgeable and helpful, should have told me it was free for online orders only. I would then have ordered online and not in the store. Also, to have to wait 5 weeks for delivery, which is no problem to us, I think is excessive.

Never give highly satisfied. Always room for improvement

As we have not received the product yet we cannot give a final verdict.

The reason I could not declare myself as highly satisfied is because I cannot take delivery of my purchase until mid-February. Until the product is in my home and I have slept on it and carried out a trial longer than the time available in the store asking a customer why they are not highly satisfied is unrealistic.

The price of the item is the big driving point in buying the item. The knowledge and helpfulness of your staff is the bonus!!!

I wanted to buy a mattress. If I wanted mattress covers,pillows insurance etc I would have asked, it was difficult to convince the salesperson that I only wanted a mattress. I know she was doing her job but it became tiresome. Then I was suprised that I would have had to pay extra for the item to be taken to the bedroom and then have to have paid for the old one to be taken away. In my opinion this should be part of the service.

I didnt find the sales assistant very warm to begin with and took a few minutes to understand what I was after and then became very efficient and knowledgeable of what dreams offer. Therefore only satisfied

The bed we wanted was on display with the price all was acceptable

Think spending £ 850 plus could have expected some discount in no delivery cost .... Your staff weren't prepared to make me want to return in the future. Own goal here ....

We were highly satisfied with the visit to the store but prices on items such as pillows / duvets could be refined to a lower level.
