Excellent customer service from Connor, would have rated you highly satisfied but 2 and a half week wait time for products is steep compared to your competitors.

I have high expectations

Two members of staff watched as we struggled coming through the door with a wheelchair. Then the manager Tracey came over once we managed to get inside to help. Tracey seemed to only show all the expensive mattresses knowing this mattress was for a pensioner never asked or showed us any cheaper than £1400. As it happens we can afford it. Whilst sat paying for the order she pushed continually about buying pillows at £85 each it took my husband to step in and say no that is ridiculous. Which Tracey did not like if we were not in need of the bed and mattress so much we would have left. Tracey then tried again to push about the pillows but not in a nice manner then offered 40% discount on the pillows it took me and my husband to say no again. I feel if my father had gone in on his own she would had used her bully sales techniques and would end up spending a lot more than he needed too. Tracey could tell we were not impressed so offered us a pack of 4 cheap pillows

Staff obviously had targeted customers for sales and had to wait to be helped despite a colleague standing there doing nothing at the time! Offered tea or coffee about 3 times but just wanted to buy a bed frame.

The team could not demo the t.v. beds. Poor prep and understanding.

I was unhappy with the attitude and customer service we received from the assistant. If my daughter hadn’t liked the mattress as much as she did we would have gone elsewhere.

they told me that it was free delivery, then they asked if I would like a time slot of morning or afternoon so I agreed afternoon at no time was I told I would have to pay for this time slot until they printed the receipt which I felt that this was very bad business. all your sales rep was interested in was trying to sell me insurance and for me to pay for recycling my old at a very expensive price. after only getting the money from me for mattress and rip off delivery she then offered my husband and myself a glass of water which I thought was very insulting so no I'm sorry to say that no I wont consider buying another mattress for my other bed with you

We was in there along time and was not asked if we wanted the free delivery but was charged, was not told how much a month we would be paying on 0% finance. Also the lady didn't know how to use the pc.

Staff were surly and unhelpful.
