I spent alot of money and found the assistant not very helpful. Hey colleague whom I spoke to the previous week assured me I would get a nice discount on my order. But that we've the case.

The product I wanted had a delivery date of almost 8 weeks which I found disappointing, the product I eventually selected on the condition on a delivery date of 13 days however in less than 24hrs I change my mind in relation to the colour of the headboard/ base and was informed the the change had been made but the was a delivery date change which increased by 4 days in total 17 days for delivery. I have severe arthritis and wanted my new bed asap. A conversation took place with an assistant and i told her of my frustration in the change of the delivery date and asked about getting my money back £993 to purchase another bed with a quicker delivery date and was shocked by her response: she informed me I would not received my money back for approximately 7 to 10 working days, shocking. My money was locked which prevented me going eles where. Shame on you !!! The manager told me the delivery date had changed due to me changing the colour in less than 24hrs, she implied my fault 😡. Why wasn't I informed this before they made the changes.

Ordered Lucia bed and bedside cabinets originally in brown leather. Next day asked to change this to Dark Grey which they said was no problem. But unable to send me confirmation of this by email. Every confirmation I received showed the original order colour of brown leather. Said there was something wrong with the system and they can assure me the order is now Dark Grey. Makes me wonder what will be delivered ! No confidence I will get dark grey Lucia bed and cabinets

Rude assistant manager, told I had free pillows was charged £10 for them, deliver of an In Stock item 2 weeks for a saturday

I felt very rushed and basically from a large showroom, I was guided to just 2 mattresses that would suit my needs. I have yet to take delivery but I am sure I have made the right choice when all that is said. Although I did make a purchase based on very satisfactory previous experiences, afterwards, I wished I had challenged the pace in which I had to make a decision. Also, after committing to purchasing a mattress, I told the assistant I would like to take a look at the bedding and I was not left alone and had different pillows put in front of my face whilst looking at duvet covers! I decided enough was enough and did not finish viewing your products and hence did not purchase anything further. My 16 year old son was with me and even he said he felt very uncomfortable and did not feel he could talk to me about his thoughts, as he was trying the mattress for himself. We were hardly going to walk out of the shop with a mattress under our arms.

Ordered online and it was a total disaster. Incorrect information, failure to deliver product in time frame, wrong advice given. An entire evening lost placing an order that was completed by the assistant online

UPON ARRIVAL TO STORE WE WAS GREETED BY NAOMI WHO WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL, SHOWN US AROUND THE ONE WAY SYSTEM AND PROVIDED ALL PPE MAINTAINING SOCIAL DISTANCING. SHE GAVE US ALL THE TIME NEEDED PROVIDING NO PRESSURE BUT UNDERSTANDING OUR NEEDS. WE WAS BUYING TWO BED FRAMES AND MATTRESSES FROM THE STORE WHICH NAOMI KINDLY ASSISTED US IN FINDING THE PERFECT BEDS. THIS IS WHEN IT ALL WENT DOWNHILL!!! NAOMI ASKED THE STORE MANAGER LYNNE IF CERTAIN BED FRAMES WAS IN STOCK TO THE REPLY OF NO! WE CANNOT SELL THESE BEDS AS I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO REPLACE THEM WITH. LYNNE DID NOT OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE TO REGAIN THE BUSINESS. LYNNE DEMEANOUR WITH ALL CUSTOMERS ON THE DAY CAN ONLY BE SUMMED UP WITH TWO WORDS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. DESPITE THE EMBARRASSMENT ON THE FACE OF NAOMI SHE WORKED REAL HARD TO REBUILD THE RAPORT WITH US AND SECURED THE ITEMS WE LATER WENT ON TO BUY. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE AMOUNT OF CUSTOM THE BUSINESS IS LOSING DUE TO YOUR ARROGANT, UNDERMINING STORE MANAGER LYNNE, MAYBE THE COMPANY SHOULD LOOK INTO THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS STORE!

I have to wait 3 weeks for delivery of 2 mattresses and I explained that my 8 year old grandson is sleeping on floor t the moment but this made no difference to peron I was talking to ???
