The manager at the store was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was very unhappy with how she treated me because I dared to suggest I would prefer to order online so that I could use creation finance. When she realised I wasn't going to budge she actually said fine, then to the sales person, "Use creation finance" I don't want to fall out over this. Seriously it was like dealing with a stroppy teenager. On top of this I was told I needed to leave a deposit which I did, but this I did not have to do online. Also I was not asked if I wanted the assembly service and I remembered when I was leaving the store. Again, this was such an inconvenience for the manager and was treated like it was my fault and was told I couldn't arrange it at a later date. However, on reading the literature I received with my order I can see this is not the case. Would I shop there again. Not a chance

I was completely satisfied with my experience at Dreams. Tracey the colleague who assisted me was polite,curteous friendly and had a sound knowledge of the product I was interested in.I was given a cup of tea which made the whole shopping experience friendly and relaxing.

Because we we not told about the long delivery times until after the payment was placed, we were also not told to read the yearns and conditions and were told just to sing the paper work there for were weren't told about you no refund policy.

I have not made a purchase at Dreams and you are using my email address without my knowledge or consent. I contacted Dreams yesterday to ask why they have contacted me and have not received a reply. PLEASE DELETE MY EMAIL ADDRESS FROM YOUR DATABASE AND STOP EMAILING ME WITH STUPID SURVEYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was absolutely disgusted with the amount of high-pressure sales techniques utilised. My intention had been to try some beds with a view to comparisons, and then to shop around other stores and look at what they offered. Much of what I said was brushed aside with the saleswoman talking away for dear life. The ticket quoted the price for the Sleepeezee (three foot) Princeton adjustable bed as £1299.00, when a closer inspection revealed that it is simply NOT possible to purchase the bed for this price because of the way the delivery charge included, thus pushing the price up to approximately £1338.00. I believe this directly contravenes existing Trade Description legislation. Consequently my husband and I will be making a formal complaint on the basis of the Trade Descriptions Act.

Because I tried to return my purchase still in its unopened packaging. Was told that Dreams do not accept returns. I was told that this is in the terms and conditions. But these are printed out in tiny writing and do not actually state that refunds are not given but instead refer to orders being cancelled. And I was not given the terms until after I had paid. And the assistant didn't tell me of your no returns policy. I feel cheated and taken advantage of.
