We were given the experience of using the in store bed to determine the firmess of the mattress we needed. Delivery time is good. Expecting good our new bed next week

We were approached by a staff member who found out what we were looking for. She explained the 'assessment machine' in depth before using it and as a result she took us directly to the suitable mattresses to consider. We were given suitable time to try out mattresses without pressure to be quick which was good. At each mattress she explained the type of mattress and price. She suggested comparing the first two mattresses before moving on so we didn't try to compare them all at the end. We were take to a desk to place the order which was smooth and easy. We were offered the options to look at pillows and duvets if needed. We were offered the removal of the old mattress. She thoroughly explained what would happen next. A very knowledgeable member of staff
