Pleasant experience, lots of choice, very friendly and helpful staff member called Naomi, who was very knowledgeable and patient, didn’t pressure me into buying, and gave very good advice to make sure it was what I wanted.

The while experience was easy and pain free, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable

It was my daughter who went to buy a mattress while she was being attended to I was looking around the store and decided maybe I would like a new mattress too so when she had finished her order the very patient Naomi dealt with me i ended up buying anew bed not just a mattress Naomi was so lovely and so patient with me as I am disabled

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance. We we glad of this as we had little idea what we were looking for. Naomi set up the sleep match and we were on it straight away. She then showed us all available options in our match and price range. Overall quick and efficient procedure and would do it again :)
