Dreams - Hereford

We were served by Emma at the Hereford store she was freindly very helpful and new our needs as I am disabled so took this into consideration and I felt comfortable and relaxed

Emma was fabulous. Very friendly and a real people person.

From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by Sandra (Store Manager). Sandra introduced us to a machine to find the right bed for us. A sanitizer was sprayed before we were analysed. Three beds were recommended, Sandra’s product knowledge is exceptional and we had lots of time to make our decision. We eventually bought a Tempur mattress and Otterman base, two pillows and mattress protector. We also enjoyed a mug of coffee during the order process and payment.

all questions were answered we were offered a drink and the staff were very helpful

From the moment I walked in the store, Chris engaged with me and asked me what I was looking for. She listened to exactly what I was searching for and immediately sought to identify options for me. Within 15 minutes she had assisted me in identifying everything I required. She was even kind enough to provide me with a cuppa tea. 10/10

Sandy e was excellent in knowledge and asking re health problems to get the correct mattress for my self. There was no pressure but I was given a choice of products after "computer test on what sort of mattress suited my self. It was a Dream experience and I am looking forward of the delivery of mattress I ended up buying other bits for the new mattress but the treat of the old being picked up with out the hassle of getting council or someone to do was the added bonus. I would recommend any one to go to you first
