From the moment we arrived in the store we received a warm reception and a very pleasant manner without pressure

The sales manager was fantastic. She was thorough and knowledgeable, she wasn't pushy and gave us time to ensure we chose the product best for us. I went in just to look and came out with a mattress and two pillows feeling thoroughly looked after and understood.

When highly satisfied with the service received you cannot ask for anything better. How can it be improved upon?

We were greeted upon entry to the store, then allowed to browse at our leisure. Once we had seen a suitable product, the member of staff fully advised us about it. We were offered drinks while our order was placed. Our purchase was fully explained before payment was taken. Chris ( staff member, Hereford) was extremely helpful.

Emma was fantastic she listened to what I wanted and provided me with assistance and great product knowledge. Covid measures were excellent in store. And everyone was welcoming.

From our initial telephone enquiry to the placing of our order the service we received was exemplary. We spoke to Sandy on the phone and she encouraged us to visit the store. Her attitude on the phone from a customer relations point of view wa s brilliant. And when we visited the store the staff, in general, both Chris and Sandy made us feel welcome. Having finally placed our order, we left the store having had a very pleasant experience. Sandy was awesome - nothing was too much trouble- from trying different mattresses, Sleep Match, or trying divans or metal beds. Thank you Dreams, a very good experience.

Emma was very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. She talked me through all my options and was able to offer me something that suited my budget. I was very pleased to find that I was also offered free delivery, free disposal of the old mattress and the added bonus of 4 pillows and a duvet. Overall very satisfied.

Emma was very professional and helpful . My husband insisted in making jokes as we tried out the matress and she coped well with that. Lots of helpful advice but not pushy in any way.
