Emma was very professional and helpful . My husband insisted in making jokes as we tried out the matress and she coped well with that. Lots of helpful advice but not pushy in any way.

The location parking and access to the store was very straightforward. After a short time getting the general layout of the store, my wife and I were approached by your sales assistant, Sandy. She had a vey pleasant manner and good interpersonal skills as she enquired of our requirements. She quickly ascertained our needs and together with data she obtained from your clever piece of equipment presented us with a selection of mattresses from which we made our choice. The whole exercise was vey agreeable.
