Chris was very friendly and pleasant to deal with, not pushy at all. We weren’t 100% planning to buy as it was the first shop we had visited however we didn’t think twice about purchasing our new mattress as it met our needs in every way: comfort, price, delivery time and the ease of getting our old mattress removed and fully recycled was an added bonus. The Sleepmatch system was both fun and useful!

The staff acknowledged us immediately we entered the store. They were polite, helpful and attentive. They were not pushy or over bearing, giving us time to find the product that most suited us. Everything was explained clearly including the additional services which were available.

Process was simple and thorough and sales assistant very good

The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided a great alternative for my needs as the item i was originally interested in was not available in the timeframe i required. The staff did everything they could to find products that were suitable and met my timeframe and budget.

I went in looking for a new mattress and not having any idea what to buy or look at. Lucy was incredibly helpful and immediately put me onto the mattress testing machine. I was then able to test different mattresses and I was able to purchase a mattress which was suited to me

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with a friendly assistant called Emma, good at listening to what I was looking for and a friendly informal chat

Very helpful and friendly service, staff have a lot of knowledge of the products and a great understanding of our needs by listening to our requirements, very impressed with Sandra and sandy, who were to two staff members that dealt with us.
