Everything was very well explained to us and the assistant was very attentive and knowledgeable. We were treated very well. We had thought about our purchase for months before but she spent time explaining things to us and was very considerate to my disabled husband.

Highly satisfied with the results we got on purchasing a new bed staff where amazing at the Herford branch ,especially sandy first class service and great member of staff nothing was any trouble ,all the question we asked had the correct information, can't wait for the bed know.

I came into this store a few years ago with my mum and swore to never go back as the man serving us was rude, pushy and arrogant. i haven't returned since. BUT I looked online at prices and thought I would go and have a look, with the idea that if anyone was again like the man above, I would walk out. Lucy who served us this time was absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful and a totally different experience. Very happy with the service.
