Sandy the assistant in Hereford store was extremely efficient I am deaf and she noticed my hearing aids and asked if it was easier for me to tell what she was asking if l preferred her to remove her mask this was a first for me and very much appreciated as it can be very difficult to understand what people are saying .Her knowledge of your product was first class

We went into the store not really intending to buy but along comes Lucy with her wealth of knowledge asking about our needs and after trying a few mattress for a medium mattress which the bed testing advised and we came away. Having bought mattress. Pillows and headboard We are delighted Lucy is a great asset to your company very polite not pushy leaving us to make our minds up. Which we like

Especially towards my daughter that likes to run around. They offered us a drink which was very kind of them. From the start to the finish all the staff were polite professional and caring.

I don't know about any other parent but one thing I dread doing with kids is shopping, especially with a toddler! The thought of going into a shop, where I needed concentrate was filling me with dread... Especially as this certain shop was filled with bouncy beds ever so tempting for the mischievous one. . But the sale was so easy to do and I left the store knowing exactly what to expect. Even when I was just going to sign the agreement it was the brilliant assistant Sandra that reminded me to read through the payments and repeated the extra options of insurance cover, delivery and installation to me. It was because of Sandra that a shopping experience that usually fills with leaves me wanting to run for the hills I enjoyed.
