Was very happy with my visit. The lady sales executive was very lovely and the manager who assisted her was helpful too. Very kind and made an experience very pleasurable.

Chris in the Hereford branch was extremely helpful at all times. She was not your usual pushy sales person, Listened to our needs and left me feeling very positive. She is a model member of staff and if you could base all employee's with her attitude you would have no troubles at all.

I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The store colleague knew what she was saying and all about the different mattresses that were available for my needs. Offered a coffee while doing the order, highly appreciated.

We were served by Sandra in the hereford store who was friendly and approachable and took the time to get to know us as a couple. As an expecting mum she also gave good advice on the care of the mattress.

One of the assistants greeted us and let us know they were with a customer but would be with us soon. Within minutes Sandra was with us and was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. She gave us time to consider our options. She offered us tea and coffee maintained strict hygiene standards at all times and made us feel extremely safe.
