One of the assistants greeted us and let us know they were with a customer but would be with us soon. Within minutes Sandra was with us and was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. She gave us time to consider our options. She offered us tea and coffee maintained strict hygiene standards at all times and made us feel extremely safe.

Assistants were very attentive. Emma was very thorough and informative. Very diligent re Covid hygiene.

Emma was brilliant she had a lovely nature and was extremely knowledgeable. She provided all information required and had a lovely sales temperament.

The entire experience was fantastic. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and informative. Overall it was really simple, we didn’t really know what we were looking for when we walked in but left feeling like we had what we needed. The members of staff that we did interact with were a credit to the company, although the one lady claimed that it was her birthday and that she was 40 but we didn’t believe this for a second! She looked much older!

The friendly staff made shopping a pleasure, the young lady that served me ( Lisa) despite only being on staff for a short time was extremely helpful and friendly and asked for help when needed.

The staff were very helpful from the time we entered the shop to the time we paid and left. Nothing was too much trouble. Just sorry we did not get a discount on a big order at sale time.
