Fantastic assistance who took care of our young children whilst we had our mattress testing

Emma was really friendly and relatable and helped me with my little boy. All the other ladies helped me entertain my baby whilst placing my order. Even walking round the store with him. Couldn’t have asked for more! Thanks so much for making it so easy.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff member, Sandra directed us to the machine to accurately measure which mattress would suit us best After trying a few out for size we settled on one that seemed perfect for us. We are very excited for its arrival and can’t wait to start having a better night sleep

We had a great experience at the Hereford store, thanks to Sandy E, who was so helpful during our visit. She gave us all the time we needed to reach the right bed choices for us. Never felt rushed, and found her product knowledge excellent. Thank you Sandy for all your help 👍

The staff were attentive without being pushy and they listened to what we wanted. Everything was explained clearly and delivery times were good. Covid precautions were taken, it felt very safe.

The colleague Chris was very helpful and friendly
