Had a bunch of lovely people to help us out when choosing a bed for our first home!

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and experienced

Member of staff who dealt with us (Emma) was knowledgable about the products and was able to match them to our requirements quickly. Did not push for a quick sale giving us time to discuss amongst ourselves before we made a decision.

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams because all the staff especially Chels was helpful. They were very considerate and understanding of what we needed leading to the perfect choice of our purchases.

I met with Sandy,and was impressed by her competence. She really took her tone with me and was able to pick the mattress of my choice with her help

The lady who served us was extremely polite and helpful without being pushy, she understood exactly what was wanted and allowed us to try out several options before we chose. She also pointed out a huge discount on one of the items, which happened to be what we wanted. The other members of staff were also extremely friendly and nice.

Very friendly and efficient service from Sandra (including a welcome cuppa). Covid protection was excellent and I felt totally comfortable with social distancing and other measures in place.

Chris was excellent at finding us the right mattress and gave us time to really decide what was right for us.
