Very friendly team.listen to what I wanted.gave me 100% help. Went through everything.and gave me. The option to voice what I wanted. And the price was fantastic.I have always shopped in dreams since 2007. Love the bed and great staff.

What we like about our visit to the store we wasn't hassle from the sales person. He introduce himself and said if we need any assistance he would give us advise. The sales person Glenn was most helpfull and a credit to your store.

The two sales assistants at the store were very helpful and very pleasant. Great assets for the business

The salesman Ashley was not pushy but he was able to offer an answer to all of our questions. Ashley had no problem staying late to help us with our order

The sales assistant Mr Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products available and was very patient when I asked him to demonstrate the different sizes of folding bed available. He even offered to inflate an inflatable bed which I purchased immediately saving me over £200 Mr Ashley is a great salesperson and I have purchased beds in the past and always dealt with him. Excellent customer service

Jake Smith who is the sales assistant that assisted us was well knowledgeable about the products and talked us through everything. He explained all that we needed to know. We only went in for just a bed but ended up buying a matteress too when we realised the various methods of payment methods available to us. I was so happy with my whole purchase and the experience that I told all my colleagues

I went to the store tonight as I have recently been diagnosed with a slipped disc in my neck and spine degeneration and was in a lot of pain which wasn't helped by my current bed. Jake took the time to listen to me and immediately understood my needs, and despite being close to closing time didn't rush me to a decision. He was knowledgeable, professional and when I found the right bed (and pillows!) he guided me through the sale process effortlessly. We talked about the extended warranty which I would never take, on the basis that I think myself low risk on the bodily fluids front and I didn't feel pressurised at any point to changechange my mind which would have ruined the experience. Overall had a great, fun sales experience and I can't wait for my bed to arrive. Thanks Jake! :)
