Dreams - Inverness

We were welcomed upon our arrival in-store and informed that assistance was readily available if required. Left to browse at our leisure and when we required assistance we were afforded a friendly, knowledgeable and patient and hassle free service which resulted in our purchase. Can't praise Robbie enough.

Donnie at the Inverness store was great. Being 8 months pregnant, comfort was key and being able to try out and have a feel of the mattresses was important as well. He walked around and answered questions and gave us plenty of time and suggestions for an hour. We didn't feel as if we were bothering him or taking to long. He was extremely helpful, especially when trying to figure out different pricing options.

We experienced very friendly customer service from Richard. We were offered a cup of tea. He then went through our queries and then left us alone to experience the different mattresses. He gave us enough information to enable us to make a decision but enough privacy for us to talk things through at our leisure. We would go back. Also we were impressed with the quality of beds on offer.

Tracy the manager at Dreams Inverness was most helpful from the moment we walked in the door. We were there to replace a mattress which was deemed faulty and Tracy was most helpful in pointing us in the right direction after we told her what kind of mattress we were looking for. We were offered tea or coffee a number of times and actually ended up buying a new pillow as well which I have to say is brilliant. From the moment we phoned Dreams about our faulty mattress I can only day the treatment has been excellent. Can't wait for new mattress to arrive. Thanks again Dreams.

I was unaware that choosing a mattress could be such an in depth and important process, but the salesman explained all the different types and took into consideration our needs - a service I had never received before when buying a mattress, but definitely a reason to come back to Dreams for our next one in the future.

We were looking for single beds for bed and breakfast guests,with storage drawers, at a good price. Your assistant, Dave, showed us exactly what would be the best deal, and advised us on matching headboard. Job done!
