Dave at Inverness was brilliant, from the moment I walked in I was greeted, offered a drink and asked what I was looking for. As I knew what I wanted when I arrived the process was easy.

Salesperson was very helpful without being pushy and listened to what our requirements were and showed us the relevant beds. He was very pleasant and friendly as well as knowledgeable.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant, although sales pitch from manager needs toning down slightly! Lovely lady but just a tad too talkative! Given ample time to try mattresses which was good so not rushed and delighted that can try the mattress and return it if not suitable. All in all a good experience!

We knew what we wanted but nothing suitable was on display. We asked for assistance and were shown a wider range of beds on computer display screen. Good product knowledge was demonstrated by the sales person and a range of suitable products were brought to our attention. We made a purchase based on the information provided and knowledge of a similar product bought from Dreams in 2012.
