the shop had exactly what we wanted and a deliery to suit us

Salesman was helpful but not too pushy. He took time to understand my needs and recommended appropriate products

Ronnie was extremely patient while we were undecided on which mattress to buy. He offered help without being pushy which resulted in us deciding to purchase from Dreams.

Staff are so friendly and make you so welcome and at ease , and do not rush you .

I was delighted with the ease in which I was able to do business with the store in Inverness even though I required delivery of the bed to be at an address in Yorkshire. The staff were very helpful and provided me with a very welcome cup of tea too. I have not yet taken delivery of the bed so hope my purchase proves to be just as enjoyable.

it was just a nice experience store girl Tracy was very helpful and i managed to pick the bed and base head broad all in good time and let me get on with the rest of my shopping i've still to have the bed delivered which will take a month

Good friendly service and the mattress I wanted was available to take away that day
