Dreams - Inverness

Tracy must have been in the business several years as she gave the impression she really understood the products. Obviously Dreams must treat their staff well as Tracy was motivated to sell us the right bed not just any bed.

Dave and his colleague (Tracy, we think) were extremely friendly and helpful. We had our two young children with us and Tracy gave them things to play with and keep them occupied which completely took the stress out of trying and buying a new mattress! Dave made sure we were aware of the differences between the 3 mattresses we were sampling and also left us to be able to decide in our own time without being pushy at all. We were made aware of all the products that would compliment our purchase but again none of these were pushed on us which we appreciate as customers. We will not hesitate to shop at Dreams in the future...when we save our pennies again!!

Staff! They were very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to our needs and the products on offer. They were also very accommodating when it came to our kids, keeping them entertained, watching cartoons and with balloons.

It was the initial visit to the store, I wanted to pay for the item but because it was out of stock I couldn't do this, I had to wait for the item to come back into stock,the concern that I wanted price promise but never got the answer 100% I got the answer on line though and you do , do price promise which was great thanks David from Inverness branch, only thing a bit disappointing was pay for delivery £39 I thought this service was free delivery but it wasn't,overall I was pleased with my service.

The advisor was very knowledgeable about the products and extremely helpful and gave us space and time to make our decision. No hard sell tactics, or pressure to get us to buy, just facts and advice on the bed and mattress. Would highly recommend this store.

I found the store very pleasing to walk around. The staff member (Tracy) was extremely helpful and well informed re her products. She answered all our questions satisfactorily. She was polite and respectful at all times and took her time explaining to us about the different beds we tried. She made sure we knew the benefit of an appropriate bed and pillow to suit our needs and comfort, and assisted us out to the car with other purchases.

Tracy, the assistant was extremely helpful and encouraged us to try out various mattresses until we found the one we felt suited us best, taking her advice on board. She left us alone when it was appropriate for her to do so to discuss things and was readily availbe when we needed assistance
