Good range of mattresses, which was what I was looking for. Staff were particularly helpful, and provided good product knowledge. Also, I was given time to try out various items without feeling pestered or hurried into a decision.

The help received was excellent and the advisor certainly knew the products. Our particular needs - spare bed for a holiday house - were understood exactly and the advisor led us to purchase extras that would be suitable.

The help received from Donnie was excellent he knew his products well and did not rush me as he showed me a large range of products and choices available with them. After seeing other stores locally, I now see just how good a deal I got at Dreams!

Our salesman (David) was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and not pushy. We were looking for a really good mattress and feel that we have bought one (a Tempur Original). Subsequent price comparison has left us reassured that Dreams offer a very competitive service. Very happy with Dreams.

From the minute we entered the store we felt like we were truly being looked after by Dave. He was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing (which some salespersons suffer from!!!). We had intended buying only the overbed furniture but having discussed our current mattress with Dave, and trying out the Tempura type, we were completely convinced to buy a new one. Again, no pressure from our salesman. We can't wait to take delivery of our new bedroom. :-)
