The member of staff we saw was very very helpful and frendly

Your staff were very patient will me and helped me decided on the right mattress for me! They also informed me that should my wife be in the area before our delivery date, she could try out the mattress and change the order if required! Failing that we have the option of changing our mattress should we not get a good nights sleep! I was very impressed with the friendly & patient service!

the assistant was helpful but not pushy. There was a good selection of different types of mattresses to try and we were given time to make up our minds

I have a chronic illness and I get a very restless sleep in my current bed I actually get my best sleep in my reclining chair I decided I needed a new bed and I live 120 miles from my nearest city Inverness when I reached Inverness I went to dreams first to purchase a bed upon arrival at the store I found the salesman to be very approachable and enquiring as to why I was looking for a new bed and if I had any special requirements he made me feel very comfortable to talk about my illness and he really listened and suggested an adjustable bed which after trying I knew this was want I needed we discussed prices which turned out to be £2000+ which was more than I intended to spend he then explained the disability tax relief he didn't push for the sale and suggested I leave and have a think about it which I found to not being pushing for the sale, understanding and refreshing, upon returning the salesman remembered everything we had discussed and made me comfortable throughout the sale, I found the customer service to be excellent and that my needs were more important than just getting a sale

Dave that served us in the Inverness store was very friendly answered all our questions and nothing was too much bother for him. He made sure we were aware of any extras we may have needed and what I found as a very refreshing change was that he did not necessarly give us all the expensive options he explained from the cheapest to the most expensive how good a product was and what he woud recommed. Upon payment he explained the invoice in great detail and the delivery date which again was a refreshing change to be able to plan for in advance. Dreams in Inverness highly recommended. Thanks Dave
