Dreams - Inverness

My late husband & I met Donnie when dreams came to inverness. Because of his excellent service and being a very pleasant person we continued to go there . I have made a few purchase in the last 2 years and always look for Donnie because of his excellent service. Only down side is your company does not build ottoman beds but Donnie has even said he will help my son if necessary as I am an o.a.p. widow

The gentleman who felt with our enquiries and order seemed to have the knowledge and understanding of what it was we were needing due to health problems and talked us through every aspect of the order highly recommend

Tracy the sales lady was very good in helping us find what we were looking for, she wasn't pushy and she was very laid back and easy to speak to.

Tracey the Store Manager was Very helpful in Assisting My Wife and I In finding the right bed for our needs and Budget. I Feel that Tracey listened very well to what we required and Helped us to try Different Mattresses to suit us. Also Tracey was very Polite and spent lots of time with us. Very Nice, Polite and Extremely helpful Lady.

Tracy was very helpful and friendly from the time we entered the store. She spent a total of 3 hours making sure that the right bed frames and mattresses were chosen for my 3 sons, especially the one who has back problems. She did not rush us even though the store was busy and she'd had no lunch break!
