Friendly atmosphere. Assistant very helpful when offering alternative options. Eagerly awaiting delivery of headboards.

Staff friendliness, able to discuss what we needed, but also left to chat ourselves, given privacy when needed.

I found Donnie most knowlegable & helpful with a bit of humour which always makes the customer a bit more relaxed.

Staff couldn't do enough to help, had to return next morning to change order and made to feel comfortable and that nothing was a problem. Great customer service, I will definitely shop there again.

Friendliness of staff was exceptional. Staff were very willing to help and offer their expertise and time. Often people tend to order online and do not shop locally, however it was brought to my attention that shopping locally really is the best way. You get individual attention. Staff are friendly and pleasant to you. Explain the differences between products. Show you various alternatives. The staff in Inverness were not pushy at all, but very very helpful and actually stopped us from making a rash decision and chosing items that would have been available immediately but not really what we wanted. Their friendly and helpful words of advice really meant a lot to us. It is nice to speak to human beings who truly are true representatives of excellent customer service and obviously have a great dealf of pride in working for the company. I would advise anybody to try shopping in their local store and getting face to face individual treatment before taking the easy option of sitting behind a computer screen and pressing buttons to get your order. Lets keep shops going and keep good keen willing caring people in jobs. Well done Dreams !!

We found what we were looking for quickly and the sales man and manager were really friendly and helpful. Everything was explained in detail and every question we had was answered without us having to ask!!
