Friendly and helpful staff member

Upon entering we were approached by staff who offered assistance, asked what we were looking for and explained shop policy on firmness of beds etc.

Excellent customer service experience. Excellent product with excellent price as I was lucky enough to come when you have had a promotional offer for the pillows I was looking for

Staff very pleasant - we ordered a divan base, and we were in and out of shop in 10 mins.

We found the attentiveness to service of the sales assistance (David I believe) to be very good. He was not over bearing but took a bit of time to talk us through options and then served us in a friendly and personable manner. Give the man a gold star from us please!
