The salesman, David, was excellent. He wasn't pushy in any way and he allowed us to take our time in deciding which mattress we were comfortable with. He also had a good knowledge of the products and explained everything to us very well. Tea and coffee were also made available to us during our time in the store which was a nice touch.

Lady that took me round showed me several types of make of bed but upon finding too expensive moved to other makes but as uncertain moved me to a slightly more expensive model that seemed to have just what I was looking for. Helped with two pillows that now use side by side as opposed to two on top of each other side by side. Cup of tea , paperwork quickly done and off home awaiting my new arrival in 4 weeks time.

When we arrive we got offered tea or coffee then ask what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction then after a while he help us try a few then we decided what we wanted so yes we were highly satisfied

The member of staff had a pleasant manner & a good product knowledge.

Sales person was very knowlemeer.

The sales staff were very knowledgable about products and also very friendly and helpful.

Courteous and knowledgable staff who knew the exact type of bed we needed to look at and try out. All members of staff worked as a team so on the return visit we were welcomed and another member of staff could help us without duplication of information.
