Dreams - Inverness

This was our first visit to a Dreams store and we were delighted with everything from the time we entered the store until the time we left, the sales assistant was more then helpful and we now look forward to the delivery of our purchase.

Donnie was amazing! Took us through all the options, slowly and very well informed, and let us decide in our time, and with coffee - excellent service!

Friendly, welcoming knowledgeable staff.

We were given all the information that we required and also given the chance to try out all the mattresss in the shop to find the one we both found most comfortable

Staff very friendly, not pushing for sales in usual manner, but advise given by them and to be left alone to try out mattress was appreciated. Any questions we had they could answer straight away. On both visits to this store I was offered a cup of tea or coffee on arrival. This was welcome as I had been travelling for about an hour. Shop very clean, staff great will use store again and recommend to friends.

The only problem is the 3 week wait for my goods! Otherwise everything was great. I’ve never had such an easy shopping experience for a mattress before! The colleague was honestly 10/10, she was so helpful, I was in and out within about 30/40 mins! I went in expecting not to come away with anything on the day, but it was that easy, I didn’t even see the need to think it over or try elsewhere!

Prices for delivery etc rather high.

Sorry I was highly satisfied with my purchase at dreams. So satisfied that I came to look went to another store then returned for my purchase

Overall, we were very happy. A quicker delivery time would have helped, and we bought two pillows which weren’t in stock, and have to be posted. When spending a lot of money on a mattress, it would be nice to have a deal which included the pillows.
